The largest nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals and families affected by eating disorders. NEDA supports individuals and families affected by eating disorders, and serves as a catalyst for prevention, cures and access to quality care.

Free Support Groups and Tools

Chats in the Living Room, hosted by Sondra Kronberg
Takes place every Sat at 11am ET

Chats are free and/or donation based and take place every Saturday morning at 11am ET. Sondra hosts eating disorder professionals also known as her long term friends to discuss eating disorder recovery and skills to help clients on their journey.

Wed Evening Family & Caregiver Support Group: Child & Adolescent Patients
Takes place every Wed at 6:00 p.m. ET

Join ERC staff, fellow caregivers and family members for a weekly Internet Support Group offering support, education about eating disorders, and connection with other individuals with shared experiences. Participation in the group is online, free, and open to anyone supporting someone with an eating disorder.
